The Salt Marsh
9x12 oil on panel
Today was the day of the paint-out. We headed to Salisbury this morning with Gore-Tex and gloves.
Barb and I spent at least an hour driving in search of the perfect spot which we found in Newburyport just before the bridge to Plum Island. The weather turned delightful but a little too windy and we had a great day painting. We turned our work in at 3:00 and are headed back for the auction. If this does not sell I will take it home with me. What a great day and a great experience!
