I tried to tell myself this was too complex for a daily painting but I wouldn't listen!
I've had this tea set since I was a child. The cherries were in the fridge on their last leg.
I had a break through of sorts - I noticed that I try to see the whole form when I need to look for the shapes of the colors instead. I experimented with lost and found edges and had fun painting this.
