On a Clear Day

Getting ready for the paint out in Salisbury. I know it is impossible to practice for plein aire. The sky maybe different, the color of the water changes by the minute and there might be people waiting to use the boat ramp blocking my view.
In this version I tried a partial underpainting using nickel azo gold acrylic and I worked on my speed. Now to pack - Gore-Tex for the AM and a straw hat if the sun comes out.
