This is a study for a larger painting. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I will adjust the composition a little, lowering the fruit and vase. For this one I added one small cherry in the foreground.
I wanted to stay loose so I did the underpainting without my glasses. It helps to mass values together.
Your shiny surfaces are so wonderful Sandra. Beautiful light, and cheerful palette!
